2. Curation & Product Authenticity

Blossom by PS is a curated skincare retailer. Every product listed in our store has been hand-selected, verified, and tested by our founders. We guarantee 100% authenticity of all products sourced directly from trusted global brands and authorized distributors.

Please note that skincare results vary individually. We recommend checking the ingredient list of each product for potential allergens. A patch test is always advised before full application.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices shown on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, but in the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at incorrect prices.

We accept a range of secure payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad), and secure online debit/credit cards.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We provide delivery services across Bangladesh through our logistics partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

• Chattogram: 1-2 business days.
• Outside Chattogram (Nationwide): 2-4 business days.

Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Blossom by PS is not liable for delayed deliveries due to courier-handling issues or force majeure.

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the hygiene nature of personal care and skincare items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used.

Exchanges or refunds are only applicable if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at riadulkhan96@gmail.com or via our hotline with unboxing proof (video preferred).

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and layouts, is the exclusive property of Blossom by PS and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of Bangladesh.
